Excursion to the "Mainzer Sand - relict steppe flora"

On a guided walk of c. 2 hours we would like to show you the rich and remarkable flora of the nature reserve "Mainzer Sand" which is located in Mombach (an urban district of Mainz). 

A bus will bring us from the campus to the Mainzer Sand. We will meet at 2 p.m. at the bus stop "Colonel-Kleinmann-Weg" on campus, next to the “Grüne Schule” in the Botanic Garden.
